Q: What can you engrave on?

Q: Are the engravings permanent?

Yes they are permanent as long as the item is cared for properly.

Q: What designs can you do?

Almost anything it can be a custom logo, company logo, monogram, names, dates, photos, and much more.

Q: I have my own image already can you use it?

Yes as long as it is a high quality image. If it is not then it will not look good when it is engraved.

Q: Can you engrave tumblers?

Yes we can with or without handles as well!

Q: What image formats will work?

For best results, a Vector file is preferred (.eps or .dwg). If those aren't available, a PDF, PNG, SVG or JPEG works as well.

Q: Can I supply my own tumbler, cutting board or other materials?

Yes, you can bring your own products you do not have to go through me, but I may be able to help get better pricing depending on the product. I may also have knowledge on what will work better for your job.

Q: What is your lead time?

Generally, it is 3-5 days unless I have to order something, but it could be sooner if I am not busy. I will give you an estimate when we speak though!
